This work was written as a tribute to Attilio Bertolucci during the Pandemic by Covid-19. AERCO – Associazione Emiliano-Romagnola Cori commissioned Daniele Venturi for their Virtual Choir Project Channel during the first months of pandemic in 2020. Singers and directors of the associated and non-associated choirs were invited to take part remotely, as virtual choir, in the recording of La Rosa Bianca. The voices were then overlaid and a piece for saxophone quartet added, also composed by Daniele Venturi.
